By accessing Hesadu Creatives ("the Site") or purchasing from HC Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• Content on this Site is for general information and marketing. It does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
• Portfolio work, case studies, and blog posts remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

• Products (plugins, software, templates) are licensed, not sold outright, unless a product page states a lifetime license for a defined number of sites.
• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
• After payment confirmation we deliver download files and/or license keys, typically within 24 hours for bank transfer orders.
• Refunds are considered for duplicate charges or non-delivery. Because digital goods can be copied, refunds are generally not available once a license key or download has been issued, except where required by law.

Custom design, development, and marketing work are governed by separate proposals, statements of work, or contracts. Payment milestones, deliverables, and revision rounds will be defined in those documents.

Unless agreed in writing, we retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Upon full payment for client work, agreed deliverables are transferred as specified in the project contract.

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every outcome (e.g. SEO rankings, conversion rates) will meet specific business targets.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hesadu Creatives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Sri Lanka unless otherwise agreed in writing.
