How long does a website project take? Most websites take 4–12 weeks depending on scope. A simple landing page might be 3–4 weeks. A full brand + e-commerce build is typically 10–14 weeks. We always give a firm timeline in our proposal before we start.
What's included in a typical project? Every project includes discovery, strategy, design, development, testing, and launch. Post-launch we offer 30 days of support included. Ongoing maintenance plans are available separately.
Do you work with international clients? Absolutely. Over 60% of our clients are outside Sri Lanka — UK, US, Australia, India and beyond. We work fully remotely with structured communication via Notion, Loom and Slack.
What are your payment terms? We work with a 50% deposit upfront and 50% on delivery for most projects. Larger projects are split into milestones. We accept bank transfer, PayPal and Wise.
Can I see the design before development starts? Yes — always. We complete all design in Figma and present interactive prototypes for your approval before a single line of code is written. You see exactly what you're getting.
