⚠️ Font License Compliance
When we deliver projects with commercial fonts, you are responsible for:
- Obtaining your own font licenses for production use
- Ensuring license covers your intended usage (web, desktop, app)
- Renewing subscriptions as required
- Complying with embedding and distribution restrictions
We can assist with font licensing but licenses must be purchased separately.
4. Image and Media Licenses
4.1 Stock Photography
We source images from various providers with different license types:
- Royalty-Free: One-time purchase, unlimited use within license terms
- Rights-Managed: Specific usage rights (time, geography, medium)
- Creative Commons: Free use with attribution requirements
- Editorial Use Only: Cannot be used for commercial purposes
4.2 Custom Photography
When we create custom photography for your project:
- You own the final delivered images
- We retain portfolio usage rights
- Model releases required for identifiable people
- Property releases required for private property

When we use premium plugins in your project:
- You must purchase your own license for production
- Development licenses cannot be transferred to clients

Hesadu Graphics Works retains ownership of:
- Pre-existing code libraries and frameworks
- Proprietary tools and templates
- Development methodologies and processes
- Portfolio usage rights for completed projects
8.3 License Transfers
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining necessary licenses for commercial fonts
- Purchasing premium plugin licenses
- Renewing subscriptions (hosting, domains, services)
- Maintaining API keys and service accounts
9. Open Source Attribution
